Liza's background is investment banking. She spent years operating in high-stakes environments where nothing could fall through the cracks and everything had to run ahead of schedule.

At some point she realized the families around her needed exactly that — and had nowhere to turn for it. Not a personal assistant. Not a house manager. Something in between, and more than both.

She works with a small number of families because this only works if she actually knows your life. The calendar, the vendors, the friend whose birthday always sneaks up on you. That is the job. She takes it seriously.
